How do I get an invoice?

Please make sure you have completed the company details in your account profile before submitting your payment.
If you are from outside the European Union, you will not incur any additional tax / VAT costs, nor do we need your tax identification number to issue an invoice.
If you are from the European Union and have a European VAT number, please remember to add this information to your customer profile. Otherwise, we will add 23% VAT to the cost of purchased credits.
If you are from Poland, we always add VAT – 23% to the cost of purchased loans.
Within 10 days from the date of payment, we will send a VAT invoice to your email address.
